Please eat seasonally and everything as organic or pesticide free as possible.
Physical activity or consistent movement is also important in preventing systematic stagnation in your body which can lead to more inflammation. Even a simple 5-10 minute stretch can be beneficial.
During this time when we are all staying at home, it is even more important to establish a good routine to move your body (online yoga or online exercise classes or simply on your own), calm your mind (mediation or anything that relaxes you) and slow down (I think the universe is forcing us to hit our reset button).
All of these tips can help you reduce inflammation in your system and build a stronger immune system.
